On Monday evening about 8.10 pm driving across the Duver at St. Helens a really bright 'shooting star' went across the sky, it seemed to be quite 'low' it was travelling in a 'north-north easterly direction, did anyone else see it?  Are shooting stars common in the skies around Bembridge? Can anyone give us information about our skies, the stars we see and what changes through the year?
