Simple Terms & Conditions

• Final competition entry date is July 5 2003
• Only one entry per email address is allowed which must include name, and email address of entrant.
• All entrants under 16 years of age must obtain parental consent to enter.
• The winner will be chosen randomly from all correct entries received.
• bembridge.com decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• In the event that we cannot for any reason contact the winner within 28 days of the decision, we reserve the right to choose another winner.
• The prizes are as stated and are non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered. If due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.
• We shall not be liable to winners or their legal representatives for any loss or damage or injury to the winners or their property caused or suffered in connection with the competition and/or prize.
• All entrants agree that their image may be used in future promotional material.
• All entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which we may amend or vary at any time.
